Kundali Bhagya’s Sherlyn Aka Ruhi Chaturvedi & Shivendraa Om Saainiyol To Get MARRIED In Jaipur

New Delhi: TV actress Ruhi Chaturvedi, who is currently seen as Sherlyn in Shraddha Arya and Dheeraj Dhoopar’s ‘Kundali Bhagya’, got engaged to Shivendraa Om Saainiyol on August 17 in Mumbai. ‘Kundali Bhagya’ actors including Dheeraj Dhoopar, Anjum Fakih, Surpiya Shukla, Abhishek Kapur attended the engagement ceremony last week. Ruhi and Shivendraa, who have known each other for the past 13 years, will soon get married. The actress, while talking to a leading daily, revealed that the wedding would take place in Jaipur. Ruhi Chaturvedi hails from Mukundgarh in Rajasthan’s Jhunjhunu, while her fiancé Shivendra is from Jaipur. The couple will have a grand wedding in the ‘Pink City’ instead of Mumbai. “Since we both are from Rajasthan, we have decided to get married in December in Jaipur, instead of Mumbai. Rajasthan, particularly Jaipur, is known for its gorgeous palace like properties for weddings. As of now, we are hunting for good locations. Since I am busy with the shooting, one of my friends in Jaipur, Ruchita, is looking for good locations as she will also be managing my wedding,” Ruhi told Times Of India.

The actress plans to invite her close friends from the TV industry for her wedding. She further told TOI, “The wedding will be heavily influenced by Rajasthani culture as our families are from the state and even my father wants it this way. I’ll be inviting my close friends from the industry to Jaipur for my wedding. Let’s see who all can make it.”

The two lovebirds will not host any wedding reception party in Mumbai as they already had a grand engagement bash on August 17, the report said. On the professional front, Shivendraa is currently seen in Colors TV’s ‘Choti Sarrdaarni’. He has featured in shows like ‘Karn Sangini’ and ‘Vikram Betaal Ki Rahasya Gaatha’. ‘Kundali Bhagya’s is Ruhi Chaturvedi’s first show and she has managed to impress the viewers as the negative lead in the show.
