On the occasion of National Doctor's Day today (1st July) the makers of 'Sanjivani' are celebrating doctors and their contribution to the society in a unique way with the upcoming show. The makers of ‘Sanjivani 2’, featuring Mohnish Bahl, Gurdeep Kohli, Surbhi Chandna, Sayantani Ghosh, and Namit Khanna in the lead roles, are gearing up to present the audience once again with one of the most celebrated TV shows of all times and the audience eagerly awaits to meet Star Plus's new age doctors with the tinge of olden times. 'Sanjivani' is all set to come back very soon and cast a spell over the audience as it did with its old-world charm and gen next energy, with a mix of old and new cast members, as the creator Siddharth Malhotra confirmed earlier. Star Plus has revealed the first look of new age doctors of 'Sanjivani 2' on National Doctor’s Day. I would like to add that Dr. Juhi is extremely excited to recreate magic with Sanjivani once again and also would like to thank Star Plus and Alchemy Productions to have once again created this wonderful television show with a cult following.” Mohnish Behl said, "It's a wonderful moment. What has drawn me towards the show are the three 'S', Star Plus, Sanjivani and Siddhartha. It's an iconic show with which I had begun my journey on television and it's coming back after 18 years. The medical drama revolved around four medical interns and their professional and romantic lives; audience all over instantly connected to their lives because of the personal insights given from a doctor’s life, who are highly regarded and pedestalised given their ability to save lives, but at the same time they are also people who go through common man's problems of love, life and relationships. The show’s title track is still remembered for its sweet subtlety and rhythm. The show’s sensibilities had rendered it one of the most remembered and relatable shows of all times and the fans can’t wait to see what it has in store for them.
