Nach Baliye 9: Kundali Bhagya Actress Shraddha Arya INJURED While Performing with Alam Makkar

New Delhi: Popular TV actress Shraddha Arya has managed to win the hearts of the viewers with her performance as Preeta opposite Dheeraj Dhoopar in Zee TV’s ‘Kundali Bhagya’. The show is giving full on competition to Star Plus’ ‘Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai’, which has dominated the 9:30pm slot for several years. Shraddha is currently participating in ‘Nach Baliye 9’ with her boyfriend Alam Makkar. The two lovebirds have impressed the judges and fans with their acts on the dance floor. Shraddha and Alam even received a Hi-Fi from the judges few weeks back. Shraddha recently suffered a head injury while performing with her beau Alam on the sets of ‘Nach Baliye 9’. The two were performing a step when Alam momentarily lost his grip on Shraddha, who slipped from his arms and bumped her head on the dance floor. The beautiful actress froze for a second but she continued to perform the act despite her head injury. Even during the rehearsals, we had to be focused to ensure that all the steps are being done properly. When we performed in front of the judges and the audience, due to a sudden slip, Alam lost his grip and that made me fall from his arms. Though I didn't suffer any major injury at all, it definitely was a nerve-wracking experience for both of us! I got a small bump on my head because of the fall and did go blank for a second while performing. We still completed the entire performance without stopping and are sure that the audiences will love our act," Shraddha Arya said in a statement. Shraddha had previously got injured on the sets of Colors TV’s ‘Khatra Khatra Khatra’. It was rumoured that she would back out of ‘Nach Baliye 9’ due to her back injury.
