Naagin 3: Arjun Bijlani confirms returning to the show along with Mouni Roy

Ekta Kapoor created a huge stir among the Naagin fans when she posted 'Naagin 3' promo hinting at the return of 'Shivangi' aka Mouni Roy from season 2 in the currently running show. Ekta had shared the promo which she referred to as the teaser to Season Finale that will air in the month of May and her caption read - "All d #nagin fans ....wear ur seatbelts the craziest finale of the season is coming !!!! ... this may Bela is going to get help from a strange benefactor n an unfinished story will reach d most dramatic. End !!! Ppl who follow the #nagin universe SHE IS COMING !!!! #keepguessing#queenofnagins". While there were those that got excited about Mouni's comeback in the series, most of them were left disappointed over this possibility calling it unfair to current 'Naagrani Bela'(played by Surbhi Jyoti). Naagin 3 NEW PROMO- Ekta Kapoor confirms season finale is in May, Teases Mouni Roy’s entry! Fans DISAPPOINTED! More reports added that Mouni would not return alone but her co-actors from Season 1 and 2, Arjun Bijlani and Karanvir Bohra would also show up for the special episode of 'Naagin 3' next month.

And while there were also speculations by fans that Krishna Mukherjee aka Aliya of 'Yeh Hai Mohabbatein' could be the girl seen in the promo, now Arjun Bijlani confirms it is indeed going to be Mouni. He also confirmed his entry in 'Naagin 3'. The stunning Krishna Mukherjee is confirmed to enter the show as the grown up 'Taamsi/Andhkaa' who's the daughter of Hukum(Nikitin Dheer) and Vishakha(Anita Hassanandani). And clearing the confusion of the fans over Mouni's re-entry, Arjun Bijlani confirmed to India Today online that the news is true and he will most likely return to the sets of Naagin along with Mouni Roy and others. "Most probably, yes. I am still working out the dates. It will be fun to return to the sets as everyone will get together again. More than shooting, there will be fun on the sets." -He said. Mouni Roy and Arjun Bijlani in 'Naagin 1' The story in the currently running track of 'Naagin 3' is keeping fans at the edge of their seats and it revolves around this little evil maniac 'Tamsi'(played by Aleena Lambe) who wants to get 'Naagmani' from the 'Naagrani'. Mahir's(Pearl V Puri) life is in danger as he is tied up and hung in the air over the burning pile of woods that was initially put up in order to get the little girl to obey Bela, Mahir, Vish & Vikrant(Rajat Tokas). The foursome want to get evil out of 'Taamsi' before the girl grows up to be an adult. She's growing at a super speed since her birth.

Mouni had quit TV after 'Naagin 2' and made debut in Bollywood with Akshay Kumar's 'Gold'. She then featured in John Abraham's 'RAW : Romeo Akbar Walter' and has two more movies in her kitty, one with Rajkummar Rao titled 'Made In China'and the other with Nawazuddin Siddiqui, called 'Bole Chudiyan'. She is also part of 'Brahmastra' that stars Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt and Amitabh Bachchan in lead roles. While it was hard to believe she can find time to shoot show for small screen, the possibility to do a cameo cannot be denied and now as per Arjun ... it is happening!
