Bigg Boss 13: After last year’s ‘Vichitra Jodi’ concept, Salman Khan’s show to have HORROR theme in new season?

New Delhi: Bigg Boss is arguably the most popular and followed reality show on Indian television. After a lackluster season 12, the makers of the controversial show are all set to bring Bigg Boss 13. Last year, the show had several high profile names like Neha Pendse, Dipika Kakar and Karanvir Bohra but it failed to strike a chord with the viewers. TV’s popular bahu Dipika Kakar defeated the likes of Sreesanth and KVB to lift the winner’s trophy of Bigg Boss 12. Despite the buzz it created on social media, BB 12 couldn’t rake in good TRPs. And now the makers are reportedly planning to only have celebrities as contestants in Bigg Boss 13. READ- NO commoners THIS time! Now, a report in a portal has suggested that the makers are busy discussing the theme for Bigg Boss 13. If things work out then horror can be the theme for the new season of Bigg Boss. "Horror is the theme that is being discussed as of now. If things work out then that will be the theme of this season. But the makers are yet to lock it in," sources told Latestly. Bigg Boss 13: Goodbye Lonavala! Salman Khan’s show to get a new location We wouldn’t be surprised to see ‘horror’ as the theme for BB 13. Considering the popularity of supernatural shows like ‘Naagin 3’, ‘Nazar’ and ‘Kawach 2’ on the small screen, the makers might opt for the said theme. Interestingly, the number 13 is also considered to be unlucky, although not everyone believes it. The makers might try to capitalize on the same and introduce horror as the new theme of the season.
