Beyhadh 2: Ek Bhram Sarvagun Sampanna Actor Zain Imam To STAR Opposite Jennifer Winget?

Ek Bhram Sarvagun Sampanna actor Zain Imam is in talks with the makers of Beyhadh 2 and he might star opposite Jennifer Winget in the show.

New Delhi: Popular TV actress Jennifer Winget impressed the fans and critics with her performance as Maya in Sony TV’s ‘Beyhadh’. The romantic thriller, which also featured Kushal Tandon and Aneri Vajani in lead roles, is considered as one of the path-breaking shows on Indian television. The show went off air in October 2017 after a successful run of one year. The channel is now all set to bring back second season of ‘Beyhadh’ and fans are already excited for the same. Unlike the first season, the second season will be produced by Prateek Sharma, who is currently producing ‘Bahu Begum’, ‘Sufiyana Pyaar Mera’ and ‘Manmohini’. Speculations were rife that ‘Naagin 3’ actress Surbhi Jyoti might play the female lead in ‘Beyhadh 2’. However, Jennifer squashed all the rumours and confirmed that she is playing the lead role in the show. Sharing a photo with the show’sd producer Prateek Sharma, Jennifer wrote, "No points for guessing what the three of us have been up to. *Hint Hint* Damn right we're cooking up a crazy-ier storm! 'Brace yourselves for #Beyhadh2  Bringing crazy back."
We had earlier informed you that the makers are looking for a younger actor to romance Jennifer in ‘Beyhadh 2’. The names of ‘Bigg Boss 12’ contestant Rohit Suchanti, Siddharth Sharma and Priyanka Sharma were floating in the media. Zain is currently seen as Kabir in Star Plus’ ‘Ek Bhram Sarvagun Sampanna’ opposite Shrenu Parikh. The show, which was supposed to go off air on September 13, has received an extension of two weeks. A report in a leading daily has suggested that the makers of ‘Beyhadh’ season two are in talks with Zain for the show. “The storyline of the second season is quite interesting. Jennifer will fall in love with a much older guy with children, but he will dump her eventually. She will return to take revenge with him by falling in love with his son. While Viraf Patel is being considered to play the father, we have approached Zain to portray the son. We are expecting the deal to materialise soon and have him on board. It’s a positive character and he will play a suave and innocent guy from an industrialist family,” a source told Times Of India. On the professional front, Zain Imam made his TV debut with 'Kaisi Yeh Yaariaan'. He later went on to do shows like 'Tashan-E-Ishq' and 'Yeh Vaada Raha'. The 'Khatron Ke Khiladi 9' contestant shot to fame after playing the role of Neil Khanna in 'Naamkarann' opposite Aditi Rathore. Watch this space for more updates!
