Meet Suman Chellani, a Gujarat girl who represented India at International levels

A face and persona that was crowned Miss Gujarat in 2011! City Finalist Miss Diva Universe 2017. In 2018, Suman Chellani won Title Miss India Intercontinental 2018 and proudly represented India among 91 other countries in 47th Miss Intercontinental 2018 at Manila, the Philippines where she has represented India was on 13th number in Top 15 finalist in World wide Voting of People's Choice. Suman made 2 records by winning this title. She is the first girl from Gujarat and the first from Sindhi community, who represented India in Miss Intercontinental in 47 years of this pageant. There’s no business like show business, goes the old adage. Only the very best and the most determined come through. Suman Chellani wasn’t born with a silver spoon in her mouth. She had no godfathers or fairy godmothers to prop her into the big league. Suman has also anchored events with the biggest names in attendance – Hon. Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Former Gujarat Chief Minister Anandiben Patel, OP Kohli, etc. Eight years in the thick of it, Suman has hosted more than 2000 events on the national as well as on global stages. Honed, as they were through her initial career years in aviation – on the ground, and in the air… first with Go Airways and then with Emirates. Which based her in Dubai for a few years – a global hub from where she travelled to more than 40 countries. Representing India at the International level is not an easy cup of tea for anyone but amongst the few pageant holders, Suman Chellani is one such name who has proved her menace by representing India amidst 91 countries in Miss Intercontinental 2018 the at Philippines. Suman is an actor, model and an anchor who has been the master of ceremony for more than 2000 shows nationally and internationally with various Bollywood and Hollywood legends . She even did a cameo in the popular film, '2 States'. This journey hasn't been easy for the Miss India, she has gone through a lot of thick and thin for this achievement, She had no godfathers or fairy godmothers to prop her into the big league. Yet today, she stands tall on a platform built by her own sweat, toil and tears. She said, "The most memorable moment and the best feeling in my life was to be called by my country's name as Miss India during 20 days of our Pageant in Manila, I don't remember anyone called me by Suman Chellani, and I will cherish this for all my Life".
