Kia Seltos Test Drives Begin Before August 22 Launch

You can pre-book the car online or at a dealership near you for Rs 25,000

Kia will launch the Seltos in India on 22 August 2019 and the carmaker has already started accepting pre-launch bookings for it. Now, Kia has also started offering test drives for the compact SUV. The Kia Seltos will be available in two trims - HT Line and GT Line - both with four sub-variants each. The GT Line includes GTX+ (top-spec), GTX, GTK and GTE variants, while the HT line offers the HTX+ (top-spec), HTX, HTK and HTE variants. Kia will offer the Seltos with three engine options, including a set of 1.5-litre petrol and diesel engines and a 1.4-litre turbo petrol unit. Here are the details of all three engines. Kia Seltos Test Drives Begin Before August 22 Launch The Seltos, when launched, is set to be one of the best equipped cars in its class. It will get segment-first connected car features with an eSIM like what we’ve seen on the Hyundai Venue and the MG Hector. The Seltos will also offer up to six airbags, a 360-degree camera, a premium Bose music system and a 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment system with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. Prices of the Seltos are expected to start from Rs 10 lakh and go upto Rs 16 lakh (ex-showroom). Once launched, the Seltos will take on SUVs like the Hyundai Creta, Nissan Kicks, Renault Duster, Renault Captur and the Maruti Suzuki S-Cross.
