Here's how fans got 'Sherlocked'!

New Delhi [India], July 28 (ANI): It is Benedict Cumberbatch aka Sherlock Holmes' birthday month!

To celebrate the birthday of the man who plays the most iconic detective on screen, AXN took an unconventional route for its fans. In addition to showing all Sherlock episodes back-to-back for the first time, the channel hosted a unique restaurant crawl in Gurgaon- Cyber Hub for its Sherlock fans on July 24.

Each of the five venues at Cyber Hub Gurgaon (Circus, People & Co.,Sutra, Raasta & Hard Rock Cafe) was linked to a Sherlock character.

The Sherlock fans were seen taking part in the event to become detectives themselves as they went looking for Sherlock characters hidden in the crowd. Upon finding the 'cos-player', they had to answer a simple Sherlock-related question correctly, click a selfie with the character and upload it on Facebook to avail free drinks and starters.

This was part of the five-city BeSherlocked Restaurant Crawl organized by AXN, which took place in cities like Mumbai, Kolkata, Pune, Bangalore, and now Gurgaon.

The channel is also airing all four seasons of the show along with Abominable Bride, July 24 onwards every Monday to Friday, from 10PM to 12AM. (ANI)
