Gigi Hadid not walking in 2017 Victoria's Secret Fashion Show

Washington D.C. [USA], Nov 17 (ANI): Gigi Hadid has revealed that she will not be walking in the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show in Shanghai.

"I'm so bummed I won't be able to make it to China this year," Hadid tweeted. "Love my VS family, and will be with all my girls in spirit!! Can't wait to tune in with everyone to see the beautiful show I know it will be, and already can't wait for next year! :) x."

Gigi did not reveal why she pulled out of the show, although it was recently reported that some models were having trouble getting their Chinese visas approved.

Just a few months ago, the 22-year-old supermodel drew fire from China over a controversial video showing her squinting her eyes to imitate Buddha.

Karlie Kloss, Martha Hunt and more models walking in the show this year are currently on their way to Shanghai. It appears that Bella Hadid is still walking in the show, she posted on Instagram Wednesday saying she is "so excited." (ANI)
