Rahul Gandhi launches 'Indira Canteen' in Bengaluru, meals available at Rs 5, Rs 10

Congress Vice President Rahul Gandhi launched 'Indira Canteen' in Bengaluru on Wednesday. The canteens will be opened in various parts of Bengaluru, which would serve food at very nominal prices. Hoarding placed outside the 'Indira Canteen' launched by Congress Vice President Rahul Gandhi in Bengaluru. Proud that it is a Congress govt that conceptualized this canteen; Breakfast to be served in Rs. 5, lunch/dinner in Rs 10: Rahul Gandhi. Karnataka CM Siddaramaiah took to his Twitter account post the launch of Indira Canteen and said, It is a historic day in history of Bengaluru as this would eradicate the hunger and malnutrition. He further asserted that “Indira Canteen would elevate the urban hunger, especially working class and migrant labour”.
