There is no doubt that property worth Rs 6000 crore has been seized but the scam money cannot be recovered from it as yet.
This is because until the case goes on the money cannot be recovered by selling the property
As of now PNB has nothing else to be sold as Mehul Choksi and Nirav Modi did not mortgage anything
