PNB Scam: I will NOT REPAY THE MONEY to the bank, says Nirav Modi

In a letter written to PNB, Nirav Modi has threatened to not to return the money. He said that the time has passed to repay the loan as the bank has made the issue public and left no option. He also wrote that he would not return the money to Punjab National Bank now

He said that the amount told in media is way more than the actual amount. This is why his firms are on verge of shutting down. This is the reason he cannot repay the money.
