Jagan's another 'killing' remark, says Chandrababu 'should be hanged'

Triggering strong protests from TDP leaders in Andhra Pradesh, leader of YSRC Jaganmohan Reddy commented that it is not wrong to 'hang' CM Chandrababu Naidu. This is his second recent instance of aggressive speech against Naidu.

New Delhi:  Hardly a week after he triggered controversy with his remark of 'shooting Chandrababu Naidu on the road' Jaganmohan Reddy has stirred up fresh controversy. This time again the YSRC leader has attacked Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu by saying that he should be hanged. According to media reports Jaganmohan Readdy in his aggressive speech on Thursday said that it is not wrong to hang Chandrababu Naidu for not keeping up his poll promises. His remark came during his election campaign at at Deebaguntla in Nandyal. In his earlier remark during a campaign, Reddy had said that there was nothing wrong if people like Chandrababu Naidu were shot down on road for cheating people. After his first jibe, Jagan had received notices from the Election Commission  but an unperturbed Jagan repeated the act again. Losing his cool again , he reportedly lashed out at the CM  and said that Chandrababu could not take his single remark and got agitated, but YSRC will continue to confront and question him over the promises he never fulfilled. He said that Naidu is in habit of deceiving people for his own political gains so there is nothing wrong if he is hanged. The Telugu Desam Party strongly condemned the comments of the YSRC leader. Party leaders are now demanding "very serious'' action from the Election Commission.Tourism Minister Bhuma Akhila Priya reportedly lodged a complaint with the Returning Officer. As per reports, the Chief Electoral Officer has assured stern action if any violation of the code of conduct is  found during investigation.
