Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai: Hina refuses to play mother-in-law, much awaited wedding cancelled!

New Delhi: After the reports of Karan Mehra aka Naitik Singhania quitting the most popular daily soap of Indian Television ‘Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai’, we heard the lead actress of the show Hina Khan aka Akshara refused to play mother-in-law on screen. Reportedly, the creative team of the popular daily soap got shaken, after Hina Khan refuted to play an older character at the last minute.  And now, the makers are forced to cancel Naksh (Rohan Mehra) and  Nayantara Shekhawat’s (Umang Jain) much awaited wedding. According to the leading entertainment portal SpotBoyE.com, the team tried to convince Hina Khan aka Akshara but all goes in vain. Karan Mehra, who plays her on-screen husband Naitik Singhania also supported her in this. And with the lead duo categorically stating that they are not ready to play older character on the show, the production team has to introduce a new twist in the show. In the forthcoming episode we will see Naksh’s old friend Sanju will create a misunderstanding between  him and Tara, following which the couple will call off their marriage.
