TV Actresses share Indian places that can be explored this summers

New Delhi: Summers are here, if you are planning for holidays and want to make a small trip around India itself. Here television actresses will help you to pick up some places from Arunachal Pradesh to Himachal Pradesh or Kerala in the south to Majuli in the northeast, either Leh Ladakh or Agatti Island. Tejasswi Prakash: This summer if I get chance will pack my holiday bags for  "The Scotland of India". Coorg Located amidst imposing mountains in Karnataka with a perpetually misty landscape, Coorg is the place to be for all nature lovers like me. Its officially known as Kodagu, is the most affluent hill station in Karnataka. It is well known for its breathtakingly exotic scenery and lush greenery. Forest covered hills, spice and coffee plantations only add to the landscape. Niti Taylor: Spending summers near water bodies sounds perfect. I would love to plan my holiday destination to Agatti Island. Its 5.6 km long island blessed with aquatic diversity that comprises coral growths, multi colored fishes and sea turtles. Being the gateway to Lakshadweep, Agatti is a small chain of islands that lies about 459 km off Cochin from the mainland and one of the amazing holiday destination in India. Helly Shah: For this  summer visiting Leh Ladakh can be a great experience as there are a number of attractions in Leh Ladakh that are filled with extreme pristine beauty, the list is inclusive of well- known ancient monasteries, other religious sites, palaces of the royalty, various gompas, mountain peaks, wildlife safaris, adventure activity spots and much more. It is both a popular summer as well as a winter holiday destination. Its untouched beauty, snow-clad mountain peaks, lush greenery and secluded spots attract  a lot of honeymooners too. That is not all. With the range of adventure activities that it has to offer such as trekking, mountain biking, rafting, mountaineering and so on, it is well-known amidst adventure enthusiasts too. Tanya Sharma: India as all around has so many perfect holiday destinations. Holidaying at Kerala will be perfect for me this time as I haven't been to the place. I want to explore the flower-state. Historical places, notable landmarks and architecture, religious marks, museum can be good updates. But exploring the beauty mountains, waterfalls and water bodies will be fun and really  refreshing. Perfect to spend summer this year at karela. Mahika Sharma: For summers would love to explore Mayodia, the magical land of snowfall is fast becoming a hit with tourists. It is located in the Upper Dibang Valley of the North Eastern state of Arunachal Pradesh. It is a gateway to the Indo-China border. The trip to this place offers adventure in plenty. The great height of this region offers amazing trekking opportunities. It is an ideal place for adventure seekers. Devoleena Bhattacharjee: I would love to visit Majuli in Assam as its the largest river island in the world. It has toppled Marajo in Brazil to clinch the record. The beautiful river island is situated on the Brahmaputra river. Fresh air, no pollution will for sure be refreshing from the daily schedule. It is one of the important tourist destinations of Assam. Ill also get a chance to visit my hometown Sivasagar, holidaying and meeting family and friends will be golden times. Roop Durgapal: I would pack my bags for my hometown Almora, one of the most ravishing Himalayan beauties of Kumaon. Breeze of cool air caresses cheeks and ruffles hair sending waves of chill even in a summer day. The climate is awesome and refreshing and being with parents and their love-care makes a perfect holidays after having hectic schedule in Mumbai.
