‘Sasural Simar Ka’ actress in a new show!

Mumbai: Actress Jaya Ojha is set to join the cast of yet-to-be-launched TV show "Badho Bahu". Jaya will be seen portraying Malti, a proud mother to the character essayed by Prince Narula. Talking about her role, Jaya said in a statement: "Badho Bahu' is a show that is on women empowerment. I have been working in this industry for the past 10 years and the character I am playing in the show is from a strong Haryanvi background which poses a challenge to me to get the accent and mannerisms right." The actress, who has daily shows like "Sasural Simar Ka" and "Saath Nibhana Saathiya" to her credit, added: "But it's a great feeling to learn something new and I thank &TV and my producers for giving me this opportunity. "Also I will be reuniting with Pankaj Dheer as we have worked together in the past as well. He is a very good co-actor and a family friend as well."
