Madirakshi meets six-year-old fan on 'Siya Ke Ram' set

Mumbai: Actress Madirakshi, who is seen playing the role of Sita in popular mythological TV show “Siya Ke Ram”, fulfilled the dream of a six-year-old fan, Anvi Bansal, who wanted to meet her on the set. Anvi, who hails from Delhi, got upset when she got to know that the show, which used to come everyday, has now been shifted to five days a week. She wrote a letter to Star Plus about this and the channel asked her to visit the set of the show in Hyderabad to meet the cast and witness the shoot of the show. “Through this show, we are trying to show Sita as a strong courageous and independent woman. The fact that a six-year-old at such a tender age is highly inspired by Sita and keeps saying that Sita is my inspiration says a lot,” Madirakshi said in a statement. “Ever since I heard about Anvi, I was dying to meet her and did so many preparations to welcome her on our set. She brought me a very beautiful card and also spent good time with us,” she added. During her visit, Anvi met the entire cast of the show including Ram (Ashish Sharma), Lakshman (Karan Suchak), Hanuman (Danish Akhtar), among others. Talking about the little fan, Ashish said: “Anvi got me a friendship band saying that I am her friend now. She was such a sweet little girl and spending those few minutes with her while she smiled to glory being with us was extremely heartening."
