‘Kumkum Bhagya’ actress Supriya Shukla joins ‘The Kapil Sharma Show’

New Delhi: Definitely ‘Kapil-Sunil fight’ storm has calmed down but  a lot of things are happening on ‘The Kapil Sharma Show’. We all know that the show witnessed a drastic downfall after Sunil Grover, Ali Asgar and Chandan Prabhakar quit the show. Now, the rumours were rife that show will go off-air very soon but that doesn’t seem to be happening anytime soon. Infact makers are roping big TV actors to make show more interesting. TV actress Supriya Shukla, who is popular for her in Zee TV’s show ‘Kumkum Bhagya’ has joined Kapil’s gang. In Kumkum Bhagya, Supriya plays the role of 'Sarla Arora', Sriti Jha aka Pragya's mother. ‘Kumkum Bhagya’ actress Supriya Shukla joins ‘The Kapil Sharma Show’ According to news in TOI, actress will play a woman from Uttar Pradesh, who shifts to Mumbai. Talking to the news portal, actress said, “I was a bit nervous since this happens to be my first stint with comedy. However, Kapil and his team were really supportive. I will be bringing in the Kanpur flavour, and have worked hard along with the writers of the show on the lingo as well." Well, seems like this will be refreshing. Now, only Kapil Sharma, Sumona Chakravarti, Kiku Sharda and Navjot Singh Sidhu are prominent members left in show.
