Krunal celebrates De Villiers's wicket with unique gesturePhoto: BCCI New Delhi: Krunal Pandya has got AB de Villiers’s number in IPL. The Mumbai Indians all-rounder has now dismissed the former South Africa captain four times and he chose to celebrate the occasion with a unique gesture. Krunal’s slow left arm spin accounted for AB’s wicket when he was well settled at 43 and was about to step on the accelerator. AB tried to play the slog sweep but the slowness of the ball did not allow AB any pace to work with. He ended top edging the ball to short fine leg. As soon as Bumrah the completed the formalities in fine leg, Krunal did a four-like gesture with his left hand to mark the fourth occasion of getting the wicket of De Villiers. Just like RCB, AB de Villiers has not had the best of times with the bat, this was his second best score of the season. RCB ended up losing the match by 5 wickets as Mumbai Indians chased down the 163-run target on the back of an unbeaten half-century (56*) by captain Rohit Sharma, which earned him a spot in the playoffs.
