West Indies bowlers decimate Sri Lanka to grab bonus-point win
Harare: Impresssive batting from Jonathan  Carter and Rovman Powell guided West Indies to 62 runs victory over Sri Lanka in the second one-day international at Harare on Wednesday. Carter fired 74 runs while debutant Rovman Powell smashed 44 off 29 deliveries to set Sri Lanka a target of 227 runs. Sri Lanka struggled to match the total and were bowled out for 165 runs. Sri Lanka lost three wickets for 16 in the first 6 overs and limped to 100-6 in the 31st over. Shannon Gabriel and Ashley Nurse shined for West Indies clinching three wickets each while skipper Jason Holder claimed two wickets. West Indies will now play Zimbabwe in the final ODI at Queen’s Sports Club in Bulawayo on Saturday.
