Jia Haixia, 54, who can't see and his armless friend Jia Wenqi, 53 of China have spent more than a decade planting trees around Yeli Village in northeastern China.
Jia Wenqi lost his arms in an accident when he was just three. Jia Haixia was born blind in one eye and lost the sight of other one in a work accident.
Both of them start their work at 7 am in the morning. Wenqi carries Haixia on his back across the stream to their plantation spot.
As they don't have money to buy saplings, they use the tree cutting to bring out the fresh ones. Haixia's job is to climb the tree and Wenqi acts like his eyes while he is doing so.
Wenqi then digs hole and plants and water the saplings.
They began this noble work in the early years of 2000 when they were unable to find job because of their disabilities.
They have been doing this work without any pay. After their work went viral in China, Haixia started getting support for the surgery of his blind eye.
