In July 2015 a woman from Mumbai issued a complaint against Radhe Maa for dowry harassment. She also stated that Radhe Maa physically abused her for various reasons. A criminal offence was registered against seven people, including the woman's husband.

Falguni Brahmbhatt who is a lawyer in Mumbai accused Radhe Maa for spreading obscenity in the name of religion. She told ABP News that she went in her 'Darbar' to see the reality as she got complaint of her client and Radhe Maa was found kissing, and hugging several of her followers.
