NEW DELHI: Varun Dhawan, Alia Bhatt-starrer 'Badrinath Ki Dulhania' is inching closer to its release and we can't contain our curiosity. Makers are keeping the viewers' excitement intact by dropping behind-the-scenes clips and the recent video in the list is Varun and his 'method acting'. Dharma Productions released a video in which Varun and Alia are talking about how the actor was 12 pegs down and the 'Udta Punjab' actress had to control him. The actor, who reportedly stays away from drinking and smoking is playing the character of Badrinath Bansal who is an alcoholic, hence, he had to be in an inebriated state for a sequence. The actor was so drunk that Alia had to come to rescue and help him stand straight.
