Sooraj Barjatya's cousin brother Rajjat passes away

New Delhi: Filmmaker Sooraj Barjatya's cousin brother Rajjat passed away here after long battle with cancer. Rajjat Barjatya, who was the MD and CEO of Rajshri Media, breathed his last around 8 pm last night, family sources told PTI. He was the son of Ajit Barjatya. Rajjat will be cremated today at Worli crematorium. He is survived by wife and two children. Rajshri Productions was founded by Sooraj and Rajjat's grandfather Tarachand Barjatya. Superstar Salman Khan, who made his debut with Rajshri Productions' "Maine Pyar Kiya," took to Twitter to express condolences over his demise. "Rest in peace my brother Rajjat Barjatya," Salman wrote alongside a picture of him with Rajjat. Other celebrities including Neetu Chandra, Boman Irani, Shirish Kunder and Vivek Oberoi, also expressed their condolences on the micro blogging site.
