'Simran' trailer out! Kanagana Ranaut plays Kleptomaniac gambler

New Delhi: Finally, the much awaited movie trailer of Kangana Ranaut's upcoming film 'Simran' is out and it seems that the sneak-peek will definitely make you eager to wait and watch Kangana after 'Queen' in a solo role. In the movie, the 31-year-old is playing the role of Praful Patel, a Gujarati woman who lives in New York and is a divorcee. She is kleptomaniac and gambler and who likes to flirt with guys as she proudly says that to woo a man is "not a character flaw, but an art." She has a poetic side too. In fact, Simran's trailer starts with some phrases where she compares freedom with butterflies and sunrays. Check out the trailer here: In the latter part of the trailer, she is seen on a robbery spree, where cops are chasing Praful and the guy, she is interested in, doesn't want to see her face. The film seems to be totally dependent on the 'Queen' star and infact the actress suffers from split personally disorder. Earlier during the day, the makers of the movie also took to Twitter to share two new posters of the film. While one of them sees the 'Rangoon' star smiling sporting an off-shoulder red dress, the other sees her casually walking in the US streets. The movie, which is directed by Hansal Mehta, is all set to hit the theatres on September 15.
