No clash! 'Jab Harry Met Sejal' to release on August 4

New Delhi: To avert a big box office clash with 'Toilet : Ek Prem Katha', the makers of 'Jab Harry Met Sejal'- starring Shah Rukh Khan and Anushka Sharma - have decided to prepone the release of the film. The Imtiaz Ali-directorial, which was earlier set to hit the big screens on August 11 with the Akshay Kumar-Bhumi Pednekar-starrer, will now release on August 4. This remarkable step augurs well for both the films as well as the cash strapped film business. As a date, August 4 will allow 'Jab Harry Met Sejal' to cash in on a long weekend given that Rakshabandhan falls on August 7 -- a Monday -- this year. There will also be an Independence Day holiday in the subsequent week. After months of speculation, SRK and Anushka, on Thursday night, finally unveiled the title of their upcoming film on the social media.
