New Delhi: A video of cleaning staff clearing Japan's famous bullet train in a record 7 minute has gone viral.
The video, made by American journalist Charli James shows an army of cleaning staff sweeping, wiping the trays and cleaning each seat in just 7 minutes.
Each worker is assigned one 100-seat car and takes a mere 12 seconds to clean one row. Employees clean about 20 cars per shift.
A total of 323 bullet trains or shinkansen depart daily from from Tokyo station and transport nearly 400,000 passengers.
According to Quartz, the clip which was originally uploaded in YouTube in January, has only gone viral in recent weeks after being picked up by Indian and French websites.
