Pathetic: Puerto Rican cop abusing man in Wheelchair, video goes viral, suspended

In an inhuman act, to say the least, video of a police officer mishandling a man on a wheelchair has come to light and is going viral on the net. In the footage, a uniformed officer is seen grabbing a control of a man’s wheelchair and whipping him around. He then finally pushes him from his seat onto the ground at a vacant Walmart parking lot in Puerto Rico island, an unincorporated U.S. territory. The officer’s police car is seen just feet away from the man who struggles to get back into his wheelchair. After the video comes to light, Puerto Rican authorities have suspended two officers. A twitter user has sent them a link of the video. Officers, Victor Muniz Martinez and Juan Rivera Zayas were notified of their immediate suspension, said media reports.
