Viral Sach: Defying odds, 45-year-old armless tailor stitches clothes with his feet

Madan Lal (45-year-old) was born without hands. However, that didn’t break his spirit.

New Delhi: Challenging all odds, an armless man from Haryana’s Fatehabad district sews clothes with his feet. Madan Lal (45-year-old) was born without hands. However, that didn’t break his spirit. His family members and villagers support him in his effort to lead a normal life. The man runs a small shop that helps him earn bread and butter for his family. He takes measurements using his legs and sews clothes. Interestingly, Lal also teaches students in schools and colleges and has become an inspiration for students and the youth. He has become an epitome of ‘specially-abled’ fighting the tag of being ‘disabled’. He also does other daily works like cooking, dressing up, shaving, cleaning and much more. 1 2
