Telangana: Muslim College Principal Heckled By Alleged ABVP Activists On I-Day

“Every BJP chief Minister was wearing shoes will they protest and assault them only because the principal is a Muslim they are cowards,” tweeted AIMIM chief Asaduddin Owaisi.

Yakeen, who didn’t obey to their irrelevant orders, was paraded and verbally abused by the workers. They even forced him to say ‘Bharat Mata Ki Jai’. The video ignited widespread condemnation in the state prompting the college authorities to write a letter to the chief minister K. Chandrashekar Rao seeking arrest of the attackers.

The alleged ABVP workers raised slogans against the principal Mohammed Yakeen as he didn’t remove his shoes during the flag hoisting.
