2) Shiney Ahuja: He was arrested for allegedly raping his maid. In 2011, Ahuja was sentenced to seven years rigorous imprisonment. He filed an appeal against his conviction in the Bombay High Court and it stayed his sentence until his case could be decided in the High Court. The maid, reportedly, has been prosecuted for perjury.
