Ruckus at Mumbai Airport

Mumbai (Maharashtra) [India], Feb 18 (ANI): Agitated passengers of the Indigo Airlines Mumbai-Lucknow created a ruckus at the Chhatrapati Shivaji International Airport after the flight got delayed for nearly five hours on Saturday evening.

The Lucknow-bound flight was scheduled to depart at 7:35 PM.

The agitated passengers alleged that the ground staff misbehaved with them.

"Indigo people have misbehaved with us they did not allow us to board the flight and made us wait for more than an hour. They don't have provisions, it is very inconvenient," said a passenger in a selfie video.

Another passenger accused the flight authorities of not communicating with them in a proper way.

"All Indigo crew members are misbehaving with people. I even tweeted out tagging Indigo, although they took my number they haven't called me," said another passenger. (ANI)
