Lalu raided: Bihar minister’s shocking rant; compares CBI to a dog

Bihar: One of the Bihar Ministers is facing red for making highly controversial statement against the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI). Scathing an attack at CBI, Chandrashekhar said “CBI’s condition if worse-off than a dog”. Chandrashekhar happens to be a minister in Nitish Government from Lalu’s party. His harsh comment on CBI has attracted several reactions. While addressing a public meeting Chandrashekhar said, “During UPA regime, BJP used to call CBI as Government’s parrot, now it’s worse-off than a dog”. The comment came while the minister was attacking CBI for conducting raids against RJD Chief Lalu Prasad Yadav. While attacking the CBI, he said “Atleast 100 families of Bihar possess more wealth than Lalu, yet they are untouched by CBI, but CBI with all its capacity attempting to bury Lalu’s family”. It is clear that the comment came as a reaction to the raids conducted by CBI against Lalu’s family over illegal fund case in regards to deal based on land allocation. There has been a massive unrest in the grand alliance post CBI raids as BJP is pressing Nitish to take an action against Tejashwi Yadav after his name surfaced in the scam. Nitish on Saturday also met Congress Vice President Rahul Gandhi and Sharad Yadav regarding the same. As per sources, Shayad had refuted to breaking alliance with Lalu.
