'Kejriwal has been to office twice in past 1 year', says Kapil Mishra; Takes war against CM to CBDT

New Delhi: Ousted Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) leader Kapil Mishra on Wednesday said that he will visit the Central Board of Direct Taxes (CBDT) today to file a complaint against Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal. "I will go to the CBDT today. Whatever complaint I have filed in the CBI, I will now file the same in CBDT. It is regarding hawala, corruption, money laundering and about the racket of fraud company that they are running," Mishra said, reported news agency ANI. Earlier in the day through his blog, Mishra also alleged that the Delhi CM has been to the office just two times in the last year. "I have questioned that whether Arvind Kejriwal as a CM is ready to put forward and evaluate his performance report. I have challenged him to put forward his performance report. Kejriwal has been to office twice in past one year," Mishra said. Sacked Delhi water minister, Kapil Mishra, had ended his six-day-long hunger strike on Monday. Mishra, who launched a fast demanding that the AAP divulge details of foreign tours undertaken by its leaders, had said that until he starts taking liquid diet, doctors won't discharge him. "Doctors won't discharge until i start taking liquids. I hv to go to CBI and CBDT. starting on liquids now," he had tweeted. He had said he will file a case against Arvind Kejriwal with CBI and CBDT on Tuesday. Mishra on Sunday fainted midway through a presser and was hospitalised. He had accused AAP of lying to the Election Commission (EC) about donations and laundering money through shell companies. He had alleged that the party concealed around Rs 36 crore from the party workers and the government. Mishra had claimed that the party leaders have been enjoying foreign trips on common man’s money which they gathered in the name of funds. On the other hand, AAP refuted and mocked Mishra’s claims and said the person who has been briefing media along with Mishra was a spokesperson of Bharatiya Janta Party and also claimed that the party has already clarified the doubts of income tax department. Mihsra was on hunger strike since May 10, at his official residence, demanding that the Delhi Chief Minister must reveal the source of funding of the foreign trips of five AAP leaders - Sanjay Singh, Ashish Khetan, Raghav Chadhha, Satyendra Jain and Durgesh Pathak - in the last two years. A day after Mishra was sacked on May 7, he had alleged Kejriwal of taking Rs 2 crore bribe from Delhi's Health Minister Satyendar Jain. Mishra was suspended from the party on May 8.
