Chandigarh [India] Oct. 17 (ANI): One police personnel has been arrested for plotting Dera chief Gurmeet Singh Ram Rahim Singh's escape from Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) court in Panchkula on September 25.

The Special Investigating Team (SIT) of the Haryana Police arrested Dera's Chartered Accountant and CEO of MSG Company C.P. Arora over alleged involvement in Panchkula violence conspiracy.

On October 13, the Panchkula court sent jailed Dera chief's 'adopted' daughter Honeypreet Insan and her accomplice Sukhdeep Kaur to judicial custody till October 23.

On October 10, the court had sent Honeypreet and her aide Sukhdeep Kaur to a three-day police remand.
