Congress VP Rahul Gandhi urges PM to speak on Demonetisation, calls it 'India's biggest scam'

New Delhi: Congress Vice President Rahul Gandhi on Friday lashed out at Prime Minister Narendra Modi over the demonetisation of Rs 500 and Rs 1000 rupee notes calling it the ‘biggest scam of the country’. Rahul reiterated his demand for PM Modi’s explanation in the parliament on demonetisation. Rahul said, “PM Modi keeps delivering so many speeches then why doesn’t he speak in the parliament?’ Rahul also said that wants to speak on the issue and he would do so in the Lok Sabha.  Rahul also accused the government of not letting him expose them. “I want to speak on the issue, but the government isn’t letting me speak”. Rahul further added that when he speaks in the parliament, there will be an earthquake. Even earlier Gandhi and other political parties have sought an explanation from PM in the parliament on the issue. Though PM have spoken about demonetisation on several platforms, he has not yet spoken about in in the parliament.
