New Delhi: The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) has found that few pages are missing from the files belonging to Delhi government’s principal secretary Rajendra Kumar. The agency has sniffed a recruitment scam and has started probe in the matter.

The files that have missing papers include appointment of data operators for e-rickshaw unit, manpower through outsourcing and data entry performance.

According to CBI, recruitment on contract basis was done on a large scale through ICSIL. This is a public sector undertaking. Sources say the missing pages of the files could be related to people who were not eligible for postings and their recruitment was done someone’s behest. CBI has quizzed ICSIL employees.
