CHANDIGARH: The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) MLA from South Delhi, Naresh Yadav was on Saturday named by the police in an FIR related to Malerkotla Quran desecration case. Vijay Kumar claimed that Yadav approached him and said that his motive is to gain political mileage in the upcoming Assembly elections by instigating communal tension in Punjab. However, Yadav denied allegations of his involvement in this case. "These allegations are baseless. When the entire nation is with us and we are all set to win elections then why would we attempt such a thing? Hang me if these allegations are found true," AAP legislature said.
