11.00 AM: "I won't contest elections, but help Congress in any way that i can," says Sheila Dikshit, dismissing reports of leading Delhi. Dikshit further clarified that she is in no mood to enter the electoral fray, although she hasn't been contacted by the party either way.
With Dikshit deciding not to contest, the question of who will lead Congress in Delhi remains open to speculation.
