Bhopal: A vegetable wholesaler was killed Sunday as he was
demanding Rs. 600 from a retailer in Madhya Pradesh's financial capital
Indore, police said.

"Kishore Chouhan had given vegetables worth
Rs. 600 to Gajendra Chouhan a few months back. And he had been demanding
the amount from him since then. On Sunday, Gajendra called Kishore to the
Ashiyana Palace area. Both met each other with their friends and after
some arguments, Gajendra attacked Kishore with an axe, striking at him
repeatedly. He died on the spot," Pawan Mishra, officer in-charge of

Kishore's friend Sunny was
also injured in the incident. Gajendra surrendered to police but his
friends are still absconding.
